Please enter a digital signature, in the form of a first and last name, to acknowledge and agree to the following: / Payment Terms: “Payment for services rendered is due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Wassy Enterprises, LLC accepts payment via check, cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or Zelle. A late fee of eighteen percent (18%) will be applied to any unpaid balance exceeding fifteen (15) days. Accounts remaining unpaid after forty-five (45) days will be referred to a collections agency. The client agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with collection, including but not limited to attorney’s fees.” / Completion Guarantee: “For work orders limited exclusively to painting, spackling, carpeting, and cleaning, Wassy Enterprises, LLC guarantees completion within two (2) weeks of the initial work day. This guarantee is voided under the following circumstances: 1) If our crew experiences a delay of more than one (1) hour due to lack of access to the unit. 2) If the work required extends beyond the scope of painting, spackling, carpeting, and cleaning. 3) If a change order is submitted after the commencement of the first work day. 4) If the unit is not fully vacant upon our crew’s arrival, necessitating inventory and emptying. In such cases, the completion timeline will be adjusted accordingly.” / Disclaimer and Access: “The client confirms that there are no known environmental hazards, including but not limited to lead paint, mold, or asbestos, present within the unit. Wassy Enterprises, LLC and its associated subcontractors will not provide services to remedy such environmental issues. If such issues are discovered, Wassy Enterprises, LLC may provide references for a firm that may remedy the conditions, while the client is solely responsible for their remediation. If our crew is denied access to the unit for more than half a workday, they will leave the site, and a full day of labor will be charged. If our crews are denied access to the unit on three separate occasions, whether within the frame of one work order or over a period of multiple work orders, the client’s firm will be contacted to resolve the access issue. If the issue is not resolved, the account will be closed. Wassy Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of services. All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner, adhering to industry standards. The client is responsible for ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to the commencement of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Property managers submitting work orders hereby confirm they have the authority to do so, on behalf of the property owners.” / 20-Point Inspection: “All initial inspections will include a 20-point inspection. The purpose of this inspection is to proactively address potential liability issues for the client, Wassy Enterprises, LLC, and its subcontractors. This inspection is not to be used as a safety or legally binding inspection and does not replace any required professional inspections. It is intended for general assessment and preventative measures only.”
