Consistent Work
Accept as many or as few contracts as you would like. Wassy assigns contracts based on your workload. You are able to tell Wassy what level of availability you have and Wassy will deliver job requests.
Guaranteed Pay
One of the hardest parts our EMCs experience while working with large scale commercial owners is being paid on time and in full. The good news is we handle that for you. Wassy will pay you for the completion of the work guaranteed and handle that collection from the landlord separately.
Entry for Large Bids
While our bread and butter is apartment turn overs, there is a significant portion of our jobs that are larger contracts we put out to bid. These bids are available only to Exclusive Member Companies.
Who we are looking to work with.
The contractors who work alongside Wassy are of a specific breed. We refuse to work with companies that provide what the internet would call a “Landlord Special”. Our EMCs are not painting over switch plates and leaving in dead lightbulbs. We work with experienced and quality contractors who are able to maintain a competitive level of affordability.
