On Oct. 1, 2024, Wassy Enterprises, LLC was founded as a small family office in Rockaway Borough, New Jersey. Currently pursuing opportunities in real estate and venture capitalist/angel investing, Wassy began their operations managing properties in Florida and New Jersey.
Wassy works in many industries with a focus in real estate and real estate development. When it comes to real estate asset management, Wassy’s goal is to provide comfortable, clean spaces that tenants truly enjoy occupying. Being a small family office instead of a large corporation gives Wassy the opportunity to ensure their properties match their vision and standards for what a tenant deserves. Lee Wasserman
President & CEO
Wassy Enterprises’ lead visionary is CEO and president Lee Wasserman. Lee has a long-standing relationship with entrepreneurship, having owned, started and sold multiple businesses, most notably LEW Corp. LEW is an environmental company that Lee started out of a bedroom in his childhood home. Lee grew his business into the leading lead and mold company in the northeastern United States before selling LEW in 2021. It was Lee’s entrepreneurial vision that helped form Wassy Enterprises, LLC.
Alisa Wasserman
Vice President
Alisa has over three decades of healthcare experience and 25 years in health care administration. Wassy has consistently benefitted from Alisa’s large scale corporate experience and management skills. Alisa’s knowledge and experience gives Wassy the ability to make their dreams a reality.
Veronica Mihalko
Treasurer
Veronica has over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, from licenses and classes to freelancing and stylist management. In addition to completing college courses in business, consulting, and project management she ran her own salon, Iconic Lash Bar. Veronica’s tools for management and creativity bring Wassy’s overarching goal of enhancing the experience of life to fruition.
Joe Mihalko
Executive Secretary
Joe is a Marine Corps veteran, having served as an air traffic controller on the East and West Coast. He held a real estate license in California for a number of years after his enlistment. His experience in the Marine Corps gives him the discipline and dependability to successfully deliver to Wassy’s clients.
